Our team has attended over 45 tradeshows in 2023, including the largest tradeshow in North America, CONEXPO. The show had over 2400 exhibitors from 133 countries at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We were thrilled to be able to host two happy hours from our booth and look forward to attending the next show in 2026!

Collaboration with Customers

In September, we were lucky enough to collaborate with the team from Middlesex in Orlando for a customer testimonial video project. Middlesex has been a customer with FleetWatcher's Materials Management Solution since 2018. New Features

This year our team has developed several new features for our customers including:

FOB delivery tracking -  Allows you to send a delivery notification to clients when purchased material has shipped and is en route to their projects, giving them live visibility into the trucks carrying their material.

Dynamic Yield Calculator -  Allows paving shift managers and foremen to track and ensure that material is being laid down correctly and within specifications, including the correct width, weight, and depth. 

Auto shift Generation – Eliminates project and shift setup by utilizing the AutoShift Generator that uses information from scale tickets to intuitively create and track your days work.

Integrations Released/Enhanced in 2023

Aggregate Integrations – Now seamlessly integrate all tickets from material suppliers like Vulcan Materials, Heidelberg Materials, and Luck Stone (East Coast) into FleetWatcher for easier tracking and material management

Camera Integrations – FleetWatcher integrates with Motive, Samsara, Lytx, and Geotab to manage your operations more effectively without additional hardware.

AEMP2.0 Integrations - Integrate existing AEMP devices (Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, etc.) for a limited FleetWatcher experience (limited = limited update frequency, data, & live tracking capabilities). 

Command Alkon – Scale tickets through Connex & DS Orders to simplify dispatching, shift creation, and overall material management without duplicate setup. Enter your orders into Apex manage your operation in FleetWatcher.

Small Tool/Attachment Tracking – FleetWatcher's small tool attachment tracking lets you know where your small assets are by job and class of asset. We are Accepting new orders after January 1.

Alerting Enhancements – Alerts now include unauthorized equipment usage, equipment transports, driver safety violations, or equipment fault codes.

CMS Live Job/Shift Tracking – Be able to report on all active jobs, number of loads and total production for each day – as its happening.

New Partner Integrations

Oman Systems – Field Management Pro – simplify project and equipment setup in FleetWatcher while feeding FMP with accurate jobsite, equipment hours & locations.  

Loadrite Equipment Scale Integrations – No physical scale at your job or quarry operations? FleetWatcher now integrated with Loadrite Scales – equipped on loaders, excavators, etc. to manage your material tickets on the go.
